Subject: Inclusion of [email protected] in All Client Correspondence

Effective immediately, all members of the Workforce Division are required to include (cc) [email protected] in all client correspondence involving the receipt or transmission of official Daily Time Records (DTRs), reports, logs, billing, and collections.

Each Business Unit Head (BUH) or Business Unit Admin (BUA) must coordinate with their respective clients to ensure [email protected] is permanently added to their mailing or distribution lists for all related communications.

This directive supports automation and process improvement initiatives to streamline data validation, enhance reporting accuracy, and strengthen centralized coordination between operations and finance. Consistent compliance will help improve overall efficiency and ensure timely processing across all Workforce activities.

Non-compliance with this directive may result in processing delays, data discrepancies, or exclusion of reports from official validation and payroll runs, and will be considered in individual and team performance evaluations.
