Master Data Governance Policy

This Master Data Governance Policy is to establish a standardized framework for the creation, maintenance, use, protection, quality, and governance of master data across the organization. This policy ensures that critical business data remains accurate, complete, consistent, secure, and reliable throughout its lifecycle to support operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, informed decision-making, financial integrity, and business continuity.

This policy defines the governance structure, ownership, accountability, and control mechanisms required to manage master data assets and minimize risks arising from inaccurate, duplicate, incomplete, unauthorized, or outdated information. It promotes a single source of truth for key business records and ensures that master data is managed consistently across all systems, departments, processes, and business units.

The organization adopts this policy to strengthen data integrity, improve cross-functional collaboration, support digital transformation initiatives, and comply with applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and industry standards, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and other relevant Philippine regulatory requirements.
