Master Data – Site Code Records
Job Site Records contain the master data of physical locations where workforce personnel are deployed and services are rendered to clients.

Each Job Site Record shall be linked to a Client Record and, where applicable, a Client Account Record. Job Site Records serve as the authoritative source for workforce deployment, timekeeping, payroll, billing, reporting, and operational management.
Site Code Standard
Each Job Site shall be assigned a unique Site Code using the following format:
[CLIENT CODE]-[LOCATION CODE]-[FACILITY CODE]
Site Code Components

| Client Code | Three (3) uppercase alphabetic characters representing the Client Record. | LAZ |
| Location Code | Approved location code based on the applicable Philippine ISO province code, city code, or municipality code. | BUL, LAG, MUN |
| Facility Code | Official warehouse, hub, facility, plant, office, or site code designated by the client. | MSC, SSC, DC, FC |

The Site Code shall
- Be unique across all Job Site Records.
- Use the approved Client Code from the Client Records Master Data Domain.
- Use the approved Location Code from the Company’s Location Code Reference.
- Use the official facility code designated by the client whenever available.
- Remain unchanged throughout the lifecycle of the Job Site unless approved through the Master Data Change Management process.
- Be used consistently across all systems, reports, payroll records, billing records, workforce records, and operational processes.
The use of sequential numbers, generic identifiers, or operational classifications as Facility Codes is prohibited.
